I am a recruiter and talent acquisition professional with years of experience supporting U.S. companies with sourcing, recruiting, and talent acquisition.

With a strong background in healthcare recruitment, I have worked across clinical, allied health, behavioral health, nursing, caregiver, and other healthcare roles. My recruiting experience also extends into technology, finance, professional services, manufacturing, and government contracting.

Throughout my career, I have supported hiring for hospitals, healthcare systems, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient organizations, home healthcare companies, staffing agencies, government contractors, startups, and private companies across the U.S.

I have also worked with growing staffing companies and startups, helping them build candidate pipelines, improve sourcing strategies, organize recruiting processes, and create more consistent hiring workflows.
